Peter Ingham is Principal of Peter Ingham and Associates Pty Ltd and is a graduate mining engineer with more than 25 years in the mining industry in Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. His experience includes operations management, mining contract management, strategic planning, project assessment and acquisition, cost estimation and operational audits and trouble-shooting and projects in which he has been involved have included reserve audits and operations reviews for Australian mining companies. He is experienced in a range of commodities, including copper, nickel, base metals, gold and platinum, in both surface and underground mining and has worked as a Senior Mining Consultant and Contract Manager.

Mr Ingham has been involved in numerous mining due diligence assessments, mining reviews, and site visits on base and precious metals properties in Australia, Africa, China, Southeast Asia, including the preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies with particular experience in copper and gold mining. He has conducted independent technical reports for Chinese mining companies seeking to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including Zhaojin Mining Co Ltd, and has prepared and directed the preparation of a mining feasibility study within China in partnership with a Chinese Design Institute.

Peter's operating experience includes Senior Mining Engineering at Mt Isa Mines, RCM (Zambia Copper Belt), Bureau of Mineral Resources (now Geoscience Australia) and Cyprus Gold Australia Corporation. He held positions of Mine Superintendent for Armica Pty Ltd (Selwyn Cu-Au Mine), Group Mining Engineer for Australian Resources Ltd, General Manager for Delta Gold Limited and Consulting Mining Engineer for Sino Gold Ltd.

Peter's qualifications include a graduate of University of Leeds (BSc Mining 1975), Royal School of Mines (Msc Mineral Production Management 1980) and Securities Institute of Australia (Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment 2004). He holds a Queensland Registered Mine Manager's Certificate and he is a Member of the Engineering Council UK (Chartered Engineer), a Member of the Institution of Material, Minerals and Mining, and a Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
